Jabra direct support upgrade#

Is there any impact of not starting and using Jabra Direct ?Īs far as I'm concerned, further to a firmware upgrade on my Evolve2 85 and the fact that this firmware is totally broken (I downgraded the firmware in between), I logged about 3 tickets with the u/jabrasupport on Nov 2. At the same time, given the response from u/jabrasupport and the fact that nothing will change before 2021 (it's shameful of Jabra), which in some words means that they do not care about the Mac users, I do not think that I will wait until 2021 and will maybe use your workaround. I Does it support the emerging interoperability standard, H.323. I'm wondering if I should do that even though there is a workaround.
